This was a busy week for Ten Million Lights with multiple blog write-ups, playlist adds, and radio airplay. Chris from This Wreckage started off the week with a premiere of our new single Comatose. He writes that, “The breathtaking chorus perfectly captures the poignant feelings of witnessing the bright sun breaking through menacing storm clouds and the inherent hope that can be drawn from such an experience.”
If you aren’t a regular listener of Jack Rabid’s The Big Takeover Show on Real Punk Radio, then you’ll be discovering a real gem. This amazing show always inspires me and introduces me to new music from all generations. Thank you Jack for including our song Comatose in this week’s edition!
Radio Free Brooklyn also jumped in to support Ten Million Lights. Thanks to Robert Pritchard for including Never Let Go on his amazing show, Bushwick Garage and to Rachel C in her show Hear And Now.
Never Let Go was also included in The Indieshop show from Long Beach University in Southern California and Radio Wigwam in Wales, featured it in the Bandwagon Show as well as putting it into regular rotation.
Ten Million Lights was very excited to get shout-outs from DJ T-1000, John’s Music Zone and Rock Era Magazine from Egypt as well as being added to playlists by WhiteLight//WhiteHeat, Virtue’s Indielove and the Post-Punk Revival and Alternative Playlist.
And to top it all off, Myanmar got some airplay with DKFM including it in their New Tracks Weekend show and Madame Maledicta playing it on Eardrum Buzz Radio. We are feeling the love!
