Ten Million Lights is excited to be invited by Reverb Records to play The Fuzzy Ball on Dec. 16th at Neumos in Seattle, WA and Dec. 17th at the Wonder Ballroom in Portland, OR. The Fuzzy Ball is a tribute to shoegaze and psychedelic rock and will feature many of the bands from the Songs From A Sonic Place compilation.
The lineups for the shows will differ slightly with the Seattle show including The Prids, Pete International Airport, The Purrs, The Upsidedown, This Blinding Light, Dazzling Strangers, C’est La Mort, Rick Bain & The Genius Position, Ten Million Lights, Joy Wants Eternity and DJ Shani Thunders, while the Portland show mixes in Hypatia Lake, Hawkeye, Happy Prescriptions, Go Fever, We Miss The Earth, and DJ Wednesday.
Big thanks to Waved Rumor, Einstein Music Journal and Mad Mackerel for spreading the word on their blogs.
Thanks for posting this; I might have missed out otherwise. I knew about the Seattle show, but hearing nothing about Portland, I thought, “typical”. If I hadn’t been so ready to believe the worst, I’d have gone to the Reverb Record site and discovered the good news myself. You’ve saved me from a huge “doh!” moment in the future.
